3.1 For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At TEX51 we process the information provided by interested parties for the purpose of

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people who use our site and to better understand how they find and use our sections of the site.
Although GA records data such as geographic location, device, Internet browser and operating system, this information is not used by TEX51.

The service has been carefully chosen by TEX51 according to its degree of maturity in compliance with the standards specified in section 4. The service used is located in the USA and currently complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement

6.1 What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not TEX51 is processing personal data concerning them.
The persons concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if necessary, to request its suspension when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, data subjects may request that the processing of their data be limited, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
